INTRODUCTION:
Think of a time when you worked with a leader who inspired you. How did it feel? What did they do to inspire you? We often think of effective leadership as the ability to boss people around and give orders. While that approach gets results in many settings this training however focuses on a leadership training philosophy that gets great results and helps build people up.
To meet the challenges of today’s demanding and competitive environment, managers and leaders must re-evaluate and renew their leadership and team building skills.
Course Overview
This programme provides participants with 21st century leadership best practice. It gives participants an opportunity to assess their own preferred leadership style and provides key skills in the effective delivery of day-to-day management of people and departmental goals.
Participants will learn effective leadership skills that will help them embed positive change in people, teams and organisations. They will also learn problem solving techniques to overcome organisational barriers.
