This is the means by which strategic goals are determined and accomplished. The idea behind corporate governance is simple – well run organisations or companies produce better results.

Much of the emphasis has been placed on the best practice of managing formal external relationships, establishing transparency and emphasising legal, timely and trustworthy information. This course reviews all the principal aspects of corporate governance and covers current legislation, rules, regulations and best practice.
